Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a conversation on Wednesday, focusing on “enhancing the strategic partnership between India and Israel.” In a post on X, Modi shared that the leaders also reaffirmed their “commitment to combat terrorism with greater determination”.
“Glad to speak with my friend, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and convey New Year greetings to him and the people of Israel,” Modi said. “We discussed ways to further strengthen the India-Israel Strategic Partnership in the year ahead.”
Modi added that the two leaders also exchanged views on the regional situation, highlighting their continued focus on security and cooperation.
