In Rajasthan’s Jalore district, a Dalit youth was reportedly kidnapped, assaulted, stripped, and forced to drink urine by a group of men in the Raniwara police station area.
The incident took place in Dhamsin village, where the victim claimed he was abducted late at night and subjected to severe physical and mental torture.
According to the complaint filed at Raniwara police station, the youth alleged that around 11 pm, three men forcibly made him sit inside a Fortuner vehicle and took him to Khakariya village. The accused reportedly bought alcohol on the way before driving to an isolated area surrounded by bushes.
Victim Says He Was Beaten, Stripped and Humiliated
The victim told police that the accused first consumed alcohol and then began assaulting him. After the attack, he was allegedly brought back to Dhamsin village, where he was held captive through the night and beaten again.
In his complaint, the youth alleged that the men stripped off his clothes, recorded a video of him, urinated on him, and forced him to drink urine.

He further claimed that after the assault, the accused abandoned him on the roadside without clothes.
“The accused beat me repeatedly, took off my clothes, made a video, and humiliated me,” the victim reportedly told police in his statement.
Injured Victim Walked Home
After being left on the road, the youth somehow managed to walk back home. He later changed clothes and informed his family members about the alleged assault.
Family members said the victim had visible injury marks on his body, raising serious concerns over the brutality of the incident.
Police Register Case Under BNS and SC/ST Act
Police have registered a case based on the victim’s complaint under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
