“Open The F***ing Strait, You Ba***rds”: Donald Trump Issues Profane Warning to Iran, Demands Opening of Strait of Hormuz

US lawmakers call for invoking the 25th Amendment, citing Trump’s threatening posts to Iran as a national security risk.

US President Donald Trump has posted an expletive-filled message on social media, demanding that Iran open the strategically crucial Strait of Hormuz. Writing on Truth Social, a platform owned by him, Trump warned of severe consequences if Iran failed to comply.

“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F***in’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell — JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah,” Trump wrote.

Escalating Tensions in West Asia

Trump’s remarks come amid rising tensions in the region, with Iran reportedly continuing strikes on economic and infrastructure targets in neighboring Arab countries. Despite mounting pressure, Iran has shown no indication of backing down and continues to exert control over the Strait of Hormuz — a vital global oil transit route.

Earlier, Trump had warned that the United States would unleash “all hell” if the strait was not opened by Monday. However, such deadlines have previously been extended, particularly when mediators claimed progress toward de-escalation.

Military Operation and Rescue Claim

The social media outburst also followed Trump’s announcement that US special forces had successfully rescued a service member who had been missing behind enemy lines. The operation came after Iran downed an F-15E Strike Eagle fighter jet.

According to Trump, the airman was recovered from deep within mountainous terrain in Iran after an intense search-and-rescue mission. He stated that the Iranian military had been actively searching for the pilot and had even announced a reward for information leading to his capture.

“We have rescued the seriously wounded, and really brave, F-15 Crew Member from deep inside the mountains of Iran. The Iranian Military was looking hard, in big numbers, and getting close,” Trump said. He added that such missions are rarely attempted due to the extreme risks involved.

Details of the Rescue Mission

Trump further revealed that the rescue involved two separate operations. The first mission retrieved a pilot in broad daylight, an unusual move given the risks, while the second operation lasted nearly seven hours over Iranian territory. He described both missions as an “amazing show of bravery and talent” by US forces.

The rescued officer, identified as a senior colonel, is reportedly injured but in stable condition. Trump announced that he would address the media alongside military officials at the Oval Office to provide further details of the operation.
