A minor Muslim girl named Gulfasa was allegedly kidnapped on September 2, 2023, from Fekrahi Village in the Saharsa District of Bihar. Despite more than two weeks passing since the incident, the Bihar Police have not yet been able to locate the missing girl, raising concerns among her family and the local Muslim community.

Mazhar Khan, the father of Gulfasa, has lodged a formal complaint, naming Ratnesh Yadav, Sarvan Yadav, Raveen Yadav, Pappu Yadav, Akhilesh Yadav, Sonu Kumar, and Amar Yadav as the prime suspects in his daughter’s abduction. Khan alleges that his daughter was forcibly taken by the accused, and no progress has been made in the investigation to date.

The family has further claimed that Ratnesh Yadav and his family members are attempting to intimidate them into withdrawing the FIR (First Information Report). They allege that threats have been made against their other daughter, raising fears that she too may be at risk of abduction if they do not comply.

Local Muslim families residing in Fekrahi Village have voiced their concern and frustration over the delayed police response and the threats faced by Gulfasa’s family. They are urging authorities to take immediate and stringent action to bring the perpetrators to justice and ensure the safe return of the kidnapped minor.

The Bihar Police have yet to make an official statement regarding the progress of their investigation.
