PFI Member Munir Alam Arrested by UP ATS in Muzaffarnagar

Munir Alam, a member of the Popular Front of India (PFI), was apprehended by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) in Muzaffarnagar, on Wednesday.

Munir had been appointed to the Adhoc committee of Uttar Pradesh by PFI back in 2017.

He had previously been incarcerated for his involvement in incidents related to the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
