Sanatan Sena Alleges ‘Muslim Appeasement’ in Rajasthan, Demands Action on Mosques, Loudspeakers

A fresh political controversy has emerged in Rajasthan after Sanatan Sena accused the state bureaucracy and administrative system of discrimination against Hindus and “Muslim appeasement.” During a press conference held in Jaipur on Saturday, members of the organisation raised several issues, including alleged illegal encroachments, mosques, loudspeakers, illegal slaughterhouses, and illegal infiltration in the state.

Addressing the media, BJP leader Ashok Pathak and other members of the organisation alleged that the administration was following a “double standard” in handling matters linked to religious structures and public spaces.

The organisation said its protest was not against any political party but against officials and administrative authorities whom they accused of failing to implement laws equally.

Allegations Over Encroachments and Religious Structures

Sanatan Sena raised concerns over alleged illegal encroachments in different parts of Rajasthan, especially Jaipur. Members referred to the road-widening work in the Nandpuri-Kailashpuri area of Malviya Nagar, claiming that while houses were removed, some religious structures allegedly remained untouched.

The organisation also mentioned alleged illegal mazars located inside Maharani College campus, near the BJP state office, and issues related to structures around the Rajasthan Assembly premises. They demanded that authorities take clear and equal action in all such matters.

Concerns Over Loudspeakers, Public Namaz and Slaughterhouses

During the press conference, Sanatan Sena also raised the issue of loudspeakers installed at mosques, claiming they contribute to noise pollution. The group questioned prayers being offered on public roads and called for strict action against what it described as illegal slaughterhouses operating in the state.

Organisation members said, “The law should be implemented equally for everyone without discrimination.”

Claims of Illegal Infiltration

The organisation further claimed that a large number of illegal infiltrators were residing in Rajasthan and demanded a verification drive along with legal action.

However, no official data or government confirmation was presented during the press conference to support these claims.

Warning of Agitation

Sanatan Sena urged Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma to conduct a fair investigation into the issues raised and take action wherever violations of law are found.

The organisation warned that if no concrete action is taken within 15 days, it will begin a phased protest movement across Rajasthan.

Retired RPS officer Mahendra Singh Tanwar, Bhupendra Singh, Brahm Singh Gurjar, Pawan Chaudhary, and Manoj Agrawal were also present during the press conference.
