Mohan Singh Bisht, who won from Mustafabad in the Delhi Assembly elections, has reiterated his plan to rename the area.
“I had said that if I win, I will rename Mustafabad as Shiv Puri or Shiv Vihar… and I will do it,” Bisht said.
He also criticized the lack of development in Delhi and promised to work on improving basic facilities.
“There is no sign of development in Delhi. I will work hard to ensure that areas without drinking water, proper roads, schools, parks, and transportation facilities get what they need,” he added.
