Two Muslim Youth Killed After SUV in Convoy of Brij Bhushan Singh’s Son Hits Bike

BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singhs sons convoy car met

On May 29, an accident involving the convoy of BJP Lok Sabha candidate Karan Bhushan Singh resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left one injured near Baikunth Degree College on Colonelganj-Huzoorpur road in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.

The victims, Rehan Khan (17) and Shehzad Khan (20) were struck by a vehicle from the convoy while riding a motorcycle, and both succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Sita Devi (60) was injured in the incident and has been hospitalized.

The local police have seized the vehicle involved and are investigating the accident, including whether Karan Bhushan Singh was present at the time. Authorities have taken the bodies into custody and deployed police personnel to maintain law and order in the area.

Karan Bhushan Singh is the son of Brij Bhushan Singh, a controversial figure accused of molesting and sexually harassing female wrestlers.

The Trinamool Congress has criticized the BJP and the Singh family, linking the incident to broader allegations of criminal behaviour associated with them. The party expressed its outrage on social media, drawing parallels between Karan Bhushan Singh and his father’s alleged misconduct.

Karan Bhushan Singh, who holds an LLB and a diploma in business management from Australia, is also known as a national double trap shooting player. His elder brother, Prateek Bhushan Singh, serves as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Gonda Sadar constituency in Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
