Muslim Mechanic beaten to death by Customer; Family Demands Bulldozer Action Against Accused’s Property

Beaten-up

In Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, a 23-year-old mechanic named Ameen Mansuri was allegedly beaten to death. According to the police, Ameen was called by Mahesh Patidar, a resident of Dikan, to change his tractor’s tire on the morning of the 22nd.

Aditya, Mahesh’s son, took Ameen along on his bike. While Ameen was changing a tire, he got into an argument with Mahesh. During the altercation, Mahesh struck Ameen on the head with an iron rod, taking his life instantly. The incident took place at noon on Thursday.

Following this, Ameen’s family and community members began to gather at the scene. Patidar immediately went to the police station to surrender. ASP Naval Singh Sisodia also reached at the scene to ensure law and order.

After ensuring the safety of the people, the police took the body to Ratangarh Health Centre for a post-mortem examination. A large crowd gathered at Ratangarh police station for the post-mortem. The deceased’s family continued to demand the registration of a case against Mahesh’s son, and destruction of the accused’s property by a bulldozer, along with a fair compensation for the death.

The police assured the family of a prompt investigation into the case and discussed compensation and property damage with the district administration. By 9 p.m., the situation had been brought under control.

The police also named Patidar’s son as an accused. Sources suggest that the incident occurred due to an old dispute, and the father tried to protect his son afterward. Additional forces from nearby police stations remained deployed until late at night to ensure security.

ASP Naval Singh Sisodia of Neemuch has urged the public not to pay attention to any rumors related to the incident and to maintain law and order. Mahesh and Aditya are currently in police custody. The family has been assured that strict action will be taken against the accused.
