In Shahjahanpur town of Meerut, an educational programme titled “Taleem Karwan” was organised on Friday with the aim of spreading awareness about quality education, moral values and a better future for children. A large number of parents, teachers and local residents attended the event.
The programme began with the recitation of verses from the Quran, followed by a Naat, creating a spiritual atmosphere. The chief guest was Dr Abdul Qadeer, Chairman of the Shaheen Group. Several prominent personalities, including Dr Muneer Deshmukh, Maulana Margub-ur-Rahman Qasmi and Maulana Akram Nadwi, were also present. The event was chaired by Maulana Moeen Akhtar Qasmi, while Dr Afzal Ahmad from Deoband Unani Medical College conducted the programme.
Welcoming the guests, Engineer Adnan Iqbal spoke about the vision behind “Taleem Karwan.” He said, “If the foundation of children is made strong, they can achieve great success in the future. Our aim is to guide parents and students towards meaningful and goal-oriented education.”

Addressing the gathering, Dr Abdul Qadeer said education is not only about getting degrees but also about building character and professional skills. “The real purpose of education is character building. Discipline, focus and continuous hard work are the keys to success,” he said. He added that students must set clear goals and work consistently to achieve them.
