UP: Two Muslim Youth Killed in Sambhal During Protest Against Mosque Survey

Two Muslim youth, Bilal Ansari and Nadeem Ahmed, lost their lives during a clash between the police and protesters in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The protest was against a mosque survey, and the situation turned violent. The police fired tear gas shells, and reports suggest that stone-pelting and gunfire occurred during the clash.

Circle Officer (CO) Anuj Chaudhary confirmed the deaths of the two young men.

The protestors were strongly opposing the survey of the mosque, and tensions escalated into a violent confrontation with the police. The area remains tense, with additional security deployed to manage the situation.
