In a brazen daylight attack that has sent shockwaves through Rajasthan’s Alwar district, a 15-year-old girl was abducted while walking to school and gang-raped by three men. The accused also took compromising photographs and videos of the minor to silence her with threats.

The Abduction

The incident took place on Thursday morning when the teenager was walking to her school in a village in Alwar district. According to the complaint filed by the victim’s brother, a Bolero pulled up alongside her and two occupants dragged the minor into the vehicle.

Once inside, the abductors tied the girl’s hands and blindfolded her. Along the way, they picked up a third youth. The victim was then taken to an undisclosed location where the nightmare unfolded.

The Gang Rape and Threats

When the accused finally removed her blindfold, the terrified minor found herself in a room where all three men allegedly gang-raped her.

But the brutality did not end there. Police officials confirmed that the accused also took compromising photographs and videos of the victim during the assault. They then threatened the girl, telling her that if she revealed anything to anyone, they would kill her brother.

Angry Villagers Take Matters Into Their Own Hands

While the accused were forcing the girl into the vehicle, other students from the school witnessed the abduction. They immediately spread the news throughout the village, prompting angry residents to gather in large numbers.

After committing the crime, the accused attempted to drop the victim off and flee the area. However, upon spotting the approaching crowd of furious villagers, they panicked. The three men abandoned their vehicle and escaped on foot.

The enraged mob then set the Bolero on fire in protest against the heinous crime.

Police Response and Investigation

Upon receiving information about the incident, Raini police arrived at the scene. Officers took custody of the burnt vehicle and transported it to the Raini Police Station for forensic examination.

The case is currently being investigated by Rajgarh Deputy Superintendent of Police Manisha Meena. A case has been registered against the three culprits under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and other relevant legal provisions.

One Accused Arrested, Chilling Discovery

Police have confirmed that the prime accused, identified as Rahul Saini, has been arrested. During the investigation following his arrest, officers made a disturbing discovery. They recovered several obscene videos of other girls from his mobile phone, suggesting this may not have been his first offence.

All three accused individuals hail from Baswa town in Dausa district. Police have launched a search operation for the remaining two suspects who are still absconding.

Victim’s Statement and Medical Examination

Authorities have arranged for the victim’s medical examination, which has been completed. Her statement has also been recorded in court under provisions that allow minor survivors of sexual assault to testify in a safe and sensitive environment.

Superintendent of Police Sudhir Chaudhary stated that the incident is being investigated with utmost seriousness. “The remaining accused individuals will also be arrested soon, for which a dedicated team is actively working,” Chaudhary said.
