The inauguration ceremony took place in Srinagar and was attended by special invitee Professor Parmendra Singh, ABVP state organizing secretary Tilak Thakur, and state joint secretary Akeel Ahmed Tantray.

During the program, ABVP members and officials pledged to achieve the target of enrolling 10,000 new members by engaging with students across various educational institutions in the valley.
